The students in the primary school, today will be the citizens of the 21st century. During the last quarter century new technology has directly affected the lives of the people. The earth has shrunk but the world of each individual has expanded enormously. Man has been exposed to strains and anxieties that may seriously affect his attitudes towards those living in other countries.
