Abstract: | This study was carried out to determine, relevant aspects of default in a group of patients suffering from schizophrenia, readmitted to Mental Hospital Angoda, during a period from 01. 01 .2004 to 31.03.2004.The main general objective is to describe the associated characteristics and reasons attributed of patients suffering from schizophrenia, with repeated admissions, 204 number of patients suffering from schizophrenia,. with one or more admissions in the past. Patients were diagnosed according to lCD 10 research diagnostic criteria applied individually by the principal investigator. .This was analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. The number of admissions in the past was high for patients with lower educational Groups, and when the patients. were aged There was no relationship found with co-morbid dmg and alcohol abuse in this study |
