dc.description.abstract | Objective :To observe the effect of yishen juanbi pill on rats' secondary affection of collagen arthritis, discuss its mechanism. Methods:The models were made by intradermal injecting chicken type II collagen on the left toes of rats, than each group was given the corresponding medicine after modeling 2weeks for 14 days, the right hind paw volume of rats was determined every 4 days.Rats were killed and the right hind paw was taken to make pathological section, the expressions of NF-κBp 65 subunit and Cox-2 in rats' synovium of ankle joint were determined by Western blot method. Results:Yishen juanbi pill could inhibit the tumefaction of digiti pedis of rats with collagen arthritis, there was significant difference between the Yishen juanbi pill group and model group.Yishen juanbi pill could lower the levels of NF-κBp 65 subunit and Cox-2 in rats' synovium of ankle joint. Conclusion:Yishen juanbi pill can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of collagen arthritis rats, inhibiting the expression of NF-κBp 65 subunit and Cox-2 maybe part of its mechanism. | en_US |
